Rio Brazilian is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse chain with restaurants dotted about the UK. They serve traditional meat cuts Rodizio style, bringing skewers to your tables whilst you help yourself to the salad and sides bar.

We were kindly invited down to try the Warrington restaurant, located at the Golden Square shopping centre. Parking was simple, and we were seated in a lovely booth once we’d arrived. The interior itself was beautifully furnished and there was a nice, busy atmosphere.

The staff and chefs were brilliant at checking and checking again which foods Steve could and couldn’t eat which made him extremely happy. They decided to give him the first cuts of meat so there could be no potential contamination. This just meant we got served first which was a plus 😜

And then the meat just kept on coming. Everything from fillet steak and lamb, to ever so tasty Linguica pork sausages and pigs in blankets.

With over forty hot and cold sides plus all that meat, we were full within the hour. A perfect evening studded with mocktails and steak.
