A Turkish delight in New Brighton…..

So it was pretty busy when we arrived here and I admit we almost left after 20 minutes of being ignored but I’m glad we didn’t. The staff were really accommodating to Steve’s allergies (after lots of twoing & froing with the kitchen) and the food was the most authentic Turkish food I’ve had outside of Turkey.

I enjoyed:
Çaçik dip with warm bread
Borek pastries
Tavuk şiş with rice

And Steve had:
Köfte
Adana Kebab with potatoes
Salad

We really did love the food. The menu is pretty comprehensive and had all my Turkish favourites on it. A shame Steve could essentially only have meat and potatoes so we wouldn’t rush back, but it was nice to have something different.
