Brunch at @threedollarbillhoylake 😍

I won brunch at this fab spot in Hoylake before Christmas then totally forgot about it. Luckily my gorgeous friend @kate_wainz reminded me, so I brought her with me of course. This place got new owners at the end of last year and I’m happy to report back that it’s still an amazing local gem…. Now with cake! (Though I’m saving that post for next week 😋)

We enjoyed

HOG SALAD
Cooked Ham, Prosciutto, parmesan, rocket, red onion, green pesto sandwich

GUS GUERRA
Pepperoni, pecorino, oregano,
marinara sauce Detroit style pizza slice

We also grabbed a pot each of hot honey and blue cheese sauce for those amazing tots!

We chatted, drank tea and enjoyed our food in a cosy booth and felt really looked after by the owner. Who bakes all her own cakes! I can’t wait to show you!

I honestly need to get to Hoylake more often, if only my silly foot would get better so I don’t have to rely on other people driving me. I need more brunch dates 😂
