My first try of soufflé pancakes at @fluffyfluffyuk in Liverpool…..

I was lucky enough to win a little giveaway and took along @daniellelevyblog to have a try!

We went for

🍮Crème Brulee
🍓Nutella & strawberries

Made with whipped egg whites, these pancakes were super light, bouncy and fluffy and much less dense than I was expecting. The crème brulee was smothered in custard (my fave!) and blowtorched and as you can see they didn’t scrimp on the Nutella for Danielle’s either!

What a treat! Lovely staff too 🥰 I’d definitely recommend giving these a try next time you’re in town!
