From the get go we were blown away, the mini popadoms came smothered in the nicest tamarind sauce and chutneys with such delicious accompaniments and the cocktails were stunning. We loved this place as it was before, so allergen friendly, but these smaller plates gave us the opportunity to try things we wouldn’t have before. Typically I chose everything with bread but was especially impressed with the tamarind wings. So so tasty. Steve loved the lamb, melt in the mouth and the best he’s ever had so he says.
Hussain and his staff have done a brilliant job giving the restaurant a fresh new look with lots of greenery, bare brick walls and together with the new menu have refreshed this West Kirby gem. We will definitely be back soon.
