I was kindly invited to the launch of the new summer menu at @theforgerestaurantchester last week.

The Forge, at @hotelindigochester has welcomed a new collaboration with @aubreyallenbutchers and they kicked off the night with dancing from @vivabrasilsambashow and some fabulous live music before we got to tuck into a wide array of canapés and some beautiful steak.

We tried everything from Ox Cheek Croquettes and Pork Belly, to Stone Bass and Mini Burgers. Aubrey Allen supply the Royal Household so we knew it’d be good but by heck I couldn’t stop eating those croquettes 😂

The staff worked really hard and put on a great night.
