There’s a new menu at @tasting_bar_and_kitchen in Hoylake. We’ve been here before but wanted to try the new menu. The staff are lovely and although the interior is quite small you don’t feel squashed or too close to other diners. The owners are fabulous and adapt the menus for Steve’s allergies. We then preorder to make things simpler….

The menu here changes every 6-8 weeks and chooses three new countries every time. It’s a great way for us to explore the world without leaving the Wirral! Especially when the lovely owners are able to adapt dishes for Steve to eat!

My fave this time was the schnitzel. For some reason it brought back memories of childhood holidays. Though I devoured that pretzel pretty quickly too!

A fabulous restaurant that’s quickly becoming a favourite!
