An independent wine bar & eatery, @arthurs_hoylake was a great spot to have a relaxed dinner with a friend.
I was celebrating (sort of) surviving another year of dialysis. So we enjoyed rosé Prosecco with a selection of small plates to share.

Then it was STP and the most delicious apple crumble for dessert.
The new Chef @mariusz.jagiello is doing great work. The restaurant now makes its own breads and pizza doughs. The staff were also great on this visit. Very attentive.
Yum! Think I’ll be back for one of those pizzas next time!
