For our 15th wedding anniversary a friend recommended @lindenstores in Knutsford.

The intimate little restaurant cooks seasonal British menus using local produce.

They were more than happy to cater to Steve’s allergies and we shared the Chefs Menu.

We enjoyed

🍞House focaccia with spring onion butter
🍒Curing rebels pirata loin, pickled cherries, Burford cheese, broad beans
🌶️Roasted red pepper & Cornish Quartz croquette, black garlic aioli
🍤Pan fried skate wing, charred hispi, shrimp & caper brown butter
🥩Braised ox cheeks, crispy bone marrow, courgette, cavolo nero
🍫Chocolate ganache, blackberry, PX caramel

Where Steve couldn’t eat a part of the course, or for example the desert, a whole new option was given to him. And I loved that we could share some dishes. Very romantic.
For us at least 😂
